Before setting goals, it is important to know how to pull your metrics, and also how to format them in a consistent way that is easy to digest and to share to key stakeholders within your association. You will be filtering through a lot of data, so organizing your reports and scheduling a consistent meeting to talk through the insights will help you reach your goals. Segmented Reporting

As you begin to personalize your communication, you’ll find the need to slice and dice the data in different ways to understand what resonates with your different members. Though this is simple enough to accomplish in your email platform, you may find this method helpful to organize your data in a way that is easy to digest.

Automation Reporting

Because automation or triggered programs often involve multiple emails within a series sent at different times, you’ll report in two different ways. A Project Summary level report aggregates all individual emails within a program, and a Program Detail level report breaks down each email within the program.  In this tutorial we'll review how to pull this data within Adestra.
